Hi All! This opening is for the Bellevue WA Neighborhood Market.

The Operations manager will serve as the second in command for the business unit under their store manager.

General

• I support the store’s team leads by making sure their team goals align to the goals of our store.
• I communicate with team leads about their team’s performance and I support them by providing them with long-term career progression and business planning.

Job Responsibilities

• I take care of customers.
• I tour to teach and validate work is complete.
• I create plans to ensure we are merchandised correctly.
• I am responsible for all talent in the store including recruiting, hiring, and development.
• I reinforce what teamwork should look like and ensure team leads support that vision.
• I maintain a total store mindset while having end-to-end ownership of the store.
• I own the P&L and business plans to improve the financial health of the store.
• I create plans for the business to improve the customer experience in my store.
• I review, model, understand and teach store processes and procedures using Process Guides.
• I conduct interviews using the Supplemental Interview Guide.
• I review and participate in the welcome and day one process.
• I address staffing issues, unfilled shifts and scheduling outside of the associate's true availability.
• I review the attendance process for accurate completion.
• I approve or deny PTO requests.
• I review and communicate updates from the AMP .
• I am responsible for ensuring compliance on the frontend, with all federal, state, and local regulations.
• I will react immediately to all truck deliveries to provide a quick unload.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
